Every plan includes the directory the rest of the platform depends on — properties, units, residents, staff, roles and permissions. Beyond that, the selection is yours.

Yes. Most partners begin with a small set of modules on a single property and expand from there.
We scope branding, domain configuration and the initial data import with you before anything is agreed.
You retain ownership throughout. On termination we export and transfer it, as set out in the agreement.
Yes, for a licensed deployment. We host it throughout, on a domain of your choice. If you're onboarding a single building, it runs as part of our managed cloud instead.
